There’s nothing quite like the world of mouth. And no one is more willing to tell their friends and family of a product or brand they love more than a loyal and appreciated customer. While 33% of consumers said that they trust paid advertising, 92% said that they trusted a recommendation from a family member or friend more, according to a survey done by Nielson.
Having someone spread the word about your new product and/or company is more valuable and beneficial to you as it humanizes your brand and can easily transform into sales.
Besides you, no one is going to be as passionate and knowledgeable about your brand besides your brand ambassadors. Brand ambassadors are wherever you can’t be and for the most part, they’re always available. Whether it’s an event in Times Square or a local trade show, brand ambassadors are there to get people as excited about your brand as they are.
